Government non-affiliation
FFEBA is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, the Social Security Administration or any other U.S. government agency. We do not use government seals, insignia or flags as marks of authority.
The FRC designation and FINRA
The Federal Retirement Consultant designation is issued by FFEBA and listed in FINRA's professional designations database. Being listed means the designation is catalogued and described there. FINRA does not approve or endorse any professional credential or designation, and nothing on this site should be read to suggest otherwise. Matching and independence
Matching is voluntary, and there is no obligation to work with any professional FFEBA introduces. FRC holders are independent professionals; they are not employees or agents of FFEBA, and any engagement you enter is solely between you and that professional. FFEBA confirms that a professional holds a current FRC designation; FFEBA does not supervise the advice, products or services any professional provides. Some FRC holders are licensed to offer financial or insurance products and may be compensated if you choose to buy them.
