Effective date:. The Federation of Federal Employee Benefit Advocates LLC ("FFEBA," "we") operates this site.
What information do we collect?
- Information you give usName, email, phone, state, and the answers you choose in the match questions (career stage, retirement system, years of service, topics). Messages you send us. Workshop request details.
- Newsletter and membershipYour email address, newsletter preferences, and for members, saved calculator scenarios, reading progress and checklists.
- BookingThe time you book and the details you enter in the scheduler.
- Automatically collectedDevice and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location from IP address, and campaign tags in links.
Calculator inputs stay in your browser unless you are signed in and choose to save them.
How do we use it?
- To respond to you and provide what you asked for.
- To make a match with a Federal Retirement Consultant (FRC) and arrange your benefits review.
- To send DailyFED and alerts you signed up for, and account sign-in links.
- To run and improve the site, measure which pages help, and keep it secure.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who do we share it with?
- The FRC you are matched withWhen you request a match or book a review, we share your contact details and match answers with that professional so they can prepare and reach you.
- Service providersCompanies that host the site, send email, run scheduling and provide analytics, under contracts that limit their use of your information.
- Legal and safetyWhen required by law or to protect rights and safety.
How do we contact you?
By email, and by phone or text if you give us your number and ask for a match or a review. When you request a match, you agree that FFEBA and the FRC you are matched with may contact you at that email and phone number, including by calls and texts that may use automated technology, about your match and review. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Every DailyFED and alert email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from email at any time, ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and close your membership. Email info@ffeba.com. Residents of some states have additional rights under state law.

Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
