Who presents FFEBA workshops

FFEBA workshops are taught by trained presenters who know federal benefits in depth, most of them Federal Retirement Consultant (FRCĀ®) holders. Every session follows the same standard: teach the rules plainly, cite official sources, and leave time for questions.

The presenter standard

  • Education first. Every session teaches the rules and leaves time for questions.
  • Official sources. Rules and figures come from OPM, the TSP and SSA, with dates.
  • Plain language. Every term explained, no jargon left hanging.
  • Clear about roles. Presenters say they are not OPM or HR, and point attendees to those offices for official decisions.
  • Optional follow-up only. Attendees can request a free benefits review afterward; no one is pressed to.

Meet the presenters

Each presenter's FRC designation can be checked by name on our verify page.

The free benefits review

“Can I retire at 57 with the FERS supplement?”

It depends on your birth year, your years of service and whether you keep working, because the supplement has an earnings test and stops at 62. An FRC works it through on your own record, and the review costs you nothing.
